Activities:

Francesca was first up at around 7:30AM, but let the others sleep in until about 8AM. We opened our drapes to find the island of CocoCay. After the normal waking up time, we managed to make it down to the dining room for breakfast around 8:45. There we had a nice breakfast seated with a couple from Georgia. CJ nibbled on his own plate of scrambled eggs, before eating at least half of Francesca's pancakes.

After breakfast we wandered back to our cabin which had not been made up yet where we prepared for a trip to the island of CocoCay. The plan was for Francesca to do artwork on the balcony while CJ, Caitlin and David went on the tender to the island. They went down to get on the tender and after standing in line for 10 minutes heard it would be about an hour to get on the tenders and therefore decided not to go ashore. Upon arriving back at the cabin, a new plan was formed and Francesca abandoned her art and also donned her bathing suit and we headed to the H2O zone. We hung out there for about an hour (wardrobe malfuction included for caitlin) and then Caitlin went to the gym to workout for awhile and everyone else returned to the cabin to cleanup. After Caitlin's return, we all went to lunch in the Windjammer. The Windjammer was not very busy as most people were ashore, so there was plenty of seating available.

After lunch, CJ and David went and played 18 holes of Mini Golf while Francesca and Caitlin returned to the cabin. Francesca, earlier in the morning, declared that everyone would be ready for the formal night (Dressed and ready to go get pictures), by 5:15PM. CJ needed some quiet time as it had been a very busy day, and the rest of us decided that sounded like a good idea. Everyone napped for about an hour and a half until 4:15PM. By that point our laundry had not returned, and therefore everyone but David could get ready for dinner. The laundry arrived around 5:15, making David the only one not ready by the deadline. But Francesca was gracious enough to not hold the delay against David.

Once dressed for dinner we went to deck 5 where we had some photos taken in front of the "titanic style" staircase background. Deck 4's backgrounds held no appeal, but the Deck 3 sofa shots should be different. CJ, Francesca and Caitlin then proceeded to dinner while David searched in vain for a correctly sized dress belt. Once David returned to the dining room, the adults enjoyed the Filet of Beef, with CJ enjoying a cheese pizza. Francesca finally got to have her Escargot appetizer she looks forward to each year. For dessert David, Caitlin and CJ enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and Francesca had the Grand Marnier Soufle. CJ was finished before any of the rest of us were halfway done.

From there, we all went to the Captain's reception where we had a photo taken with the Captain and then we sat in the lounge and enjoyed the live music until 8:15. We then proceeded down to the Arcadia theater where we got our seats and waited for 45 minutes for the headliner show. CJ was close to being asleep in his seat and we weren't sure he was going to make the show, but he was quickly enthralled when Drew Thomas' (of America's Got Talent fame) illusion show began.

The show ended about an hour later and we returned to our Cabin as it was clearly CJ's bedtime. David and Francesca had been planning on going to Majority Rules at 10:15, but as we arrived back in the cabin around 10:10 (and still in formal attire), they decided to skip the game and instead Caitlin headed for the Adult Karaoke to be followed by another club 18-20+ mixer. David and Francesca then sat down to a snack of pizza (for David) and a sandwich (for Francesca) while writing the past 2 days logs.
